... The Assistant Vice President of Delegation and Latino Affairs:. As the Assistant Vice President of Delegation and Latino Affairs, you are a member of the Executive Board and are a part of a team working to accomplish a sub-goal (conferences and delegations ) within La Raza. As a member of the Delegation and Latino Affairs team, you should attend all Executive Meetings and are responsible for working closely with the Vice President of Delegation and Latino Affairs in order to help him/her with his/her organizational responsibilities. In the event that the VP of Delegation is unavailable to attend an event or a meeting, the President and Executive Vice President will have you make decisions on his/her behalf.
