... The Assistant Vice President of Administration:. As the Assistant Vice President of Administration, you are a member of the Executive Board and are a part of a team working to accomplish a sub-goal (organization administrative effectiveness) within La Raza. As The Assistant VP of Administration, you should attend all Executive Meetings and work closely with the Vice President of Administration in order to help him/her with his/her organizational responsibilities. It is important for you, the Executive Officer and the other assistants to work closely as a team. In the event that the VP of Administration is unavailable to attend an event or a meeting, the President and Executive Vice President will have you make decisions on his/her behalf.
