... The Assistant Vice President of Philanthropic Endeavors:. As the Assistant Director of Philanthropic Endeavors, you are a member of the Executive Board and are a part of a team working to accomplish a sub-goal (giving back to our community) within La Raza. As Assistant Director of Philanthropic Endeavors, you should attend all Executive Meetings and work closely with the Director of Philanthropic Endeavors in order to help him/her with his/her organizational responsibilities. It is important for you, the Executive Officer and the other assistants to work closely as a team. In the event that the Director of Philanthropic Endeavors is unavailable to attend an event or a meeting, the President and Executive Vice President will have you make decisions on his/her behalf.
