... The Role of the Historian:The Historian of La Raza is one of the most important figures of the organization because he or she is responsible for capturing and preserving photos and documents, which will guide future generations of Latino Leadership with their respective endeavors within our organization. **Save Everything and Take Pictures !!!: Save all documents that you come across that directly or indirectly involve La Raza. Additionally, it will be important for you to take pictures at La Events and meetings so that they can be transferred to the La Raza website and your scrap books. Pictures speak a thousand words !! The more pictures you take, the better !!! The Historian's Constitutional Responsibilities: (Appointed By The Vice President Of Administration) The Historian is responsible for:..... a. Maintaining a visual and written record in an organized history book b. Taking photographs of all La Raza events and providing them to the Webmaster. c. Being the primary custodian of all La Raza documents, including past Executive Board and Community Meeting minutes, registration files, and anything else the Vice President of Administration sees fit.
