... The Role of the CALR Class Representatives: The CALR Class Representatives are usually at the front lines of our organization. As a class representative, you will be expected to serve as a primary liaison between your respective class and the CALR Executive Board. Spread the word of our organization and the great things it does on campus. Solicit concerns from your peers and bring those concerns to the La Raza board so that certain injustices or inequities can be addressed. Finally, as a CALR Class Representative, you are the primary recruiters for our organization. We are always looking for new quality individuals who are willing and ready to take their place among us. The CALR Class Representatives' Constitutional Responsibilities: The CALR Class Representatives are responsible for:..... a. Serve as the primary liaison between his/her specific class and the CALR Executive Board b. Representing the Campus Alliance de La Raza in a positive manner c. Spreading positive images and messages associated with La Raza and taking steps towards recruiting additional members d. Developing a strong relationship with the Vice President of Delegation and Latino Affairs
